As a government-approved, licensed customs broker, we act on your behalf for import/export clearance in accordance with DGFT/EXIM policy and applicable customs regulations. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the underlying declarations, valuations, and classifications provided to us, and for compliance with all applicable trade laws.
Charges for our services will be communicated via quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due as specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to withhold cargo, documents, or further service until outstanding payments are settled, subject to applicable law.
Our liability as a freight forwarder and customs broker is subject to the applicable statutory framework and the terms of carriage issued by the relevant shipping line, airline, or transport operator. Unless required otherwise by law, our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited in accordance with applicable carriage conventions and regulations, and we do not act as an insurer of the goods. Customers are encouraged to arrange appropriate cargo insurance for high-value or sensitive shipments.
Transit times and customs clearance timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including port congestion, customs inspections, weather, and carrier schedules. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of material delays. Cancellation of a confirmed booking may be subject to charges levied by the carrier or third-party service provider.
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, port closures, government action, or other events of force majeure.
